TORETAM TOR - Mirco Magnani / Andrea De Witt TORETAM TOR, a portal to access parallel universes, the gateway to new or perhaps ancient horizons. An ancient simulacrum as a symbol of the door (tor in German language) from which one can get out of three-dimensional reality. A sort of praise of obsolete technologies and knowledge, regenerated and reconverted for the development of a new next way towards the spirituality of all times. Humanity regaining possession of its original knowledge and consciences, which have long since fallen into almost total oblivion. In reality Toretam, which in ancient times was the tomb of an important descendant of Genghis Kahn, is the name of the place physically closest to the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, the oldest and most used launch base in the world, built in 1955 but later called with the name of another city far farther than Toretam; for security reasons, just to mislead the enemy at the time of the cold war. Mirco Magnani and Andrea De ...

MAGNUM OPUS COLLECTIO SERIES: NIGREDO - Various Artists MAGNUM OPUS COLLECTIO SERIES is a set of three volumes, each inspired by the different phases of the alchemical process, which works with the prima materia to create the philosopher‘s stone. The three phases of alchemic process have been used in the Hermetic tradition to describe personal and spiritual transmutation, as well as a medium in art and literature. These three phases also have been meant by Carl Gustav Jung as a model for the individuation process, an unrepeatable psychic process, which leads each individual to approach his ego with the self. In other words the individuation process is a progressive integration and unification of all shadows and complexes forming the personality within oneself. This project involved the painter Valentina Bardazzi as the creator of three artwork concepts. The work will be on sale in digital form on Bandcamp, under the merchandise section of Undogmatisch. Every exemplar is printed o...

LUMIRAUM APPENDIX- Mirco Magnani + Lukasz Trzcinski "LUMIRAUM APPENDIX" includes the unfinished tracks after the first recording sessions and have been rerecorded, refinished, redesigned for this new release. "Lumiraum" is a neologism, the suffix AUM included in the title, according to the Hindu tradition is the basis of their ethical and spiritual conception. Its meaning involves the passage and overcoming of four levels of knowledge that are expressed by the three letters A-U-M, plus the extension of the M as maintenance of the vibration. Operating in a similar way Lukasz and Mirco through sessions of various kinds have taken a similar empirical path through improvisation, coding, editing and re-elaboration and finally mixing. Recalling in their imaginary the spirituality of ancient cultures, symbologies and concepts that had analogue cosmogonic conceptions of origin of the universe. An imaginary that slips into a remote and anachronistic world. "Lumiraum...

CRONOVISIONE ITALIANA - Carlo Domenico Valyum     CRONOVISIONE ITALIANA's concept is a space-time journey by the researcher, experimenter, inventor, Carlo Domenico Valyum, through the TV media since its invention. Graduated in engineering and born in Turin at the end of the nineteenth century. Mirco Magnani and Valentina Bardazzi are the conductors and curators of that research on sound and video reprocess, presenting a creation from reanalysing excerpts of cult Italian television broadcasts in a collection of nine audio/visual tracks. MADAME E. - Mirco Magnani + Ernesto Tomasini "Madame E." is a musical setting of Georges Bataille’s “Madame Edwarda”, a short novel that interlaces themes of eroticism, religiosity and death, and was written under the pseudonym Pierre Angelique in 1941, during the occupation of Paris. Composer Mirco Magnani wrote eleven electronic pieces and presented them to actor/singer Ernesto Tomasini. They turned them into songs by adding vocal melodies and together they produced a libretto based on Bataille’s French text. The result of their dynamic interpretation is a hypnotically spellbinding performance where the audience is transported through worlds – ancient and new – and where Tomasini’s haunting falsetto conveys the tormented emotions in Bataille’s work and becomes the instrument that articulates the writer’s famously obscure themes. The experimental operatic performance captures the  atmosphere of heightened human passion, reminiscent of opera seria and revisited through hazy a...
